Not a bad place to be....tonight's run became a paddle up river....well who wouldn't?

So this weekend we spent 3 days with Sarda on Bodmin Moor. Aven and I are making steady progression with the find sequence, although its a 2 steps forward 1 step back kind of task. Lots of learning for me and her and her little furry head must hurt with all the thinking...Loving this opportunity to work my dog, we'll just keep plugging away :)

So the weather is doing its best to put us off....but you can't keep an #adventuredog out of the woods. #lovingit #wetandwild #justkeepthrowingtheball. 

Back to training this week, time on legs, back to the gym and some more mindful eating and drinking habits. 11 months and counting to my next big challenge and its going to take that long to get my body and mind ready!!! Luckily my training partners are well up for the challenge too....#reliable #lovemyfurries 

Just spent the weekend with these 4 fur babies, took them to walk paths and trails they probably have never seen before,  much sniffing, much mud, much snuggling . Had a lovely review from Donna and Keith. #dowhatyoulove #waggytails #h2adventuredogs
