I once read that "A dog should have an adventure everyday!!!) That simply means leaving your home, your garden and venturing out into the exciting world of smells and activity.

We are spoilt for choice here in calstock, an hours run can take you through a world of woodland exploration, moorland journeys, riverbank views and quiet country lanes...I love it and I love the fact that I can almost see these dogs smiling!

So the sun shone and the tongues came out, a third run out for these two girls, def needed to go further than the usual dog walk! so plenty of running and squeaky toy games they came home happy and tired, just what a dog should be...

A day off for the #H2adventuredogs, but not for the H2legs. Heavy after a leg night at the gym, but happy to be dodging showers and travelling by foot to share tea with friends....#lovelife #getoutside

A trip up the back of Kit Hill this afternoon, the sun shone and the frost nipped; but the exploring is always there for the taking, old mines, quarries and evidence of industry past... a slight detour on the way home, but that just meant more running and sniffs!! #H2adventuredogs #Dog Running| Calstock
